We aim to preserve your textiles for as long as possible. We pay close attention to water treatment, detergent selection and dosing. Our partners in this are Ecolab and Fillchemica.
Detergents are dispensed from a central dosing station according to precisely defined formulas. The process is fully automated: employees have no direct contact with the chemicals and cannot alter the dosing process.

We also protect your textiles during delivery. We provide transport trolleys for all our customers to protect clean items from unwanted contact, soiling and creasing in transit.
It is a long journey from the ironer to the hotel bed. With conventional delivery in plastic wrapping, clean textiles may pass from hand to hand up to nine times. Trolleys avoid this handling and reduce the risk of subsequent soiling and creasing.
